This is the way to go. It's much easier to download the patch and japanese iso separately than it is to download the fully patched iso. I don't have a link on hand but you can google 'digimon re digitize patch' and one of the top links should be a wordpress blog on the english patch. You'll download that and you can do the same for getting the japanese iso. I think I got mine from a particular paradise of emulators (not sure if we can actually link to rom sites and such). The patch you'll download will have an application you can run. It will ask you to select the iso to patch and then you'll choose a save location and name for the patched result.
