Sorry, I didn't realize that you had a disk not ISO files. ISO files are the actual files on the disk. Don't worry about that. I've never used an actual disk with PCSX2, but I assume you just go to CDVD - Plugin. I think you're going to have to also go to Config and Plugin Selector, then choose cdvdGigaherz. Try popping the disk in, and boot it.
