I had no problem with Windows 7 Home Premium, then I had the bright idea of upgrading to Windows 7 Professional.Although my Dell 2330d shows up in Devices & Printers, it will not print. Error message tells me no driver is needed or found for this device.Already tried the Dell site and downloaded / installed the correct driver - still not able to print.Any other ideas on how to download just the printer driver, save to disk and then point Windows 7 to exactly where the driver is?Seems like Windows 7 is 'blind' and cannot find the driver on the local disk or online.Thanks. My guess is USB because you mention 'unplugging' it.Have you tried following ALL of the steps here -Do not skip any of the parts in Step 1, including those on the linked page.
